I have handled trial level litigation and appeals before state and federal courts in Idaho and in other states. I have experience and expertise in all facets of complex litigation, including prosecution and defense of claims under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act and state Racketeering Acts. My practice has included lawsuits involving financial crimes and fraud, products liability, professional liability, minority shareholder oppression, insurance bad faith, securities violations, tax disputes with state and federal governments and breach of contract and breach of the covenant of good faith and fair dealing.
